SYSTEM FOR COAL PROCESSING AND STORAGE
When the client is not only looking for silos or storage systems, but requires effective integration between different process stages, the design approach changes completely.
In this project, Poggi supplied products, components and technical solutions for coal processing, contributing to the development of an automated and coordinated system.
The intervention involved the supply and integration of the main operational phases:
- Drying and flue gas treatment
- Screening and grinding
- Storage in 8 silos of 300 m³
- Automatic truck loading system
- Integration with automation and control systems
With a production capacity of 45 tons/hour, the system operates in an automated way, ensuring operational continuity, flow stability and efficient process management.
In this case, Poggi acted as an industrial partner, supplying products and components, ensuring reliability and process control.
