With the project submitted under the Fondo Investimenti Toscana call, co-financed by the European Union, Poggi S.p.A. has continued its company transformation path, a key step to remain competitive and attractive in the market.
The project involved an investment of over €150,000 with the purchase of a new shot blasting system. The system includes a blasting booth, finishing components and safety devices, filter unit, floor scraping systems, abrasive recovery and regeneration system, sandblasting unit, electrical panel and Industry 4.0 readiness.
The investment in the shot blasting system represents a significant element for the company’s production department. Thanks to this system, operators can work effectively on a wide range of parts and manufactured components.
The results achieved have confirmed the effectiveness of the investment, with an increase in Poggi S.p.A.’s production capacity and the development of new skills among employees, strengthening the company’s know-how.
