Poggi conveyor belts can be equipped with customized electrical control panels, remote start systems, speed control via inverter and interfaces compatible with PLCs. Each configuration is designed to integrate easily into the existing plant layout, ensuring local or remote control and ease of use.
For applications in harsh environments or exposed plants, additional equipment such as protective covers, dust protection casings and insulation kits are available. These solutions are designed to maintain the correct operation of the conveyor belt in all seasons and increase the operational lifespan of the system.
Conveyor belts can be equipped with a range of accessories designed to improve operator and workplace safety: side belt protections, emergency sensors, warning beacons, emergency stop devices (push buttons), anti-intrusion protections and inspection ladders with or without safety cages. These elements are designed in compliance with current regulations and can be customized upon request.
To prevent lateral belt misalignment, a self-aligning roller system can be installed to correct any deviation during operation and reduce wear on the belt edges. Different solutions are available and can be configured according to the specific conveyor belt design.
All Poggi conveyor belts can be customized in terms of color and visual markings, with company logos and specific identification systems. Custom solutions for length and width are also available.
Conveyor belts can be equipped with scrapers designed to remove material residues from the belt during the return cycle. This system keeps the belt clean, reduces wear and improves operational efficiency. Scrapers are available in different materials, selected according to the characteristics of the handled product.
Poggi conveyor belts can be supplied in a weighing version, equipped with a weighing assembly for the continuous measurement of material in transit. Load cells positioned at the base of the frame measure the weight in real time, while the electronic system calculates the throughput according to the belt speed. The data can be displayed on digital terminals, recorded for production cycle traceability and integrated into automation systems through PLC interfaces.
Upon request, conveyor belts can be combined with a magnetic separator belt, designed to remove ferrous parts from the conveyed material. This system increases the protection of downstream equipment and improves the quality of the final product, making the process more reliable and efficient.
