Dynamic clarifiers can be configured with various accessory solutions and optional components, selected according to the characteristics of the material being processed, the operating conditions and the specific requirements of the plant. The configurations listed in this section represent some of the available options and do not constitute a complete list. Poggi develops each solution by evaluating the customer’s needs on a case-by-case basis, with the aim of optimizing functionality, reliability and integration into the production process.
On request, the clarifier can be configured with anti-wear treatments or special protective coatings, designed to protect the surfaces from contact with particularly aggressive slurries and increase the operational lifespan of the product over time. The solutions are defined according to the type of slurry being processed, the characteristics of the material to be clarified and the specific operating conditions of the plant.
The clarifier can be configured with various rotation and scraping solutions, designed according to the material being processed, the dimensions of the tank and the specific operational requirements. Different types of scrapers are available, systems with central gearbox and configurations with perimeter drive wheels, ideal for ensuring uniform movement, reliability and operational continuity even in the most demanding applications.
Dynamic clarifiers can be customized with tailor-made electrical panels, remote controls, automatic opening systems and interfaces compatible with PLC or management software. Each configuration is designed to easily adapt to the existing plant layout.
The clarifier can be integrated with clogging sensors and mechanical locking devices designed to monitor the correct operation of the system and prevent anomalous operating conditions. These solutions allow the detection of material accumulations, overloads or critical situations that could compromise process efficiency or cause damage to mechanical components. The devices are configured according to the characteristics of the material being processed, the operating conditions and any specific regulations required by the project.
Poggi offers a range of accessories designed to increase operator and workplace safety: guardrails, light sirens, access ladders with safety cage, service hatches, emergency stop devices and safety mushroom buttons.
Systems are available for level control and continuous monitoring of the material inside the clarifier, via digital or analog indicators configurable according to operational requirements. The system allows constant visualization of the material and slurry level, facilitating process management, control of operational phases and prevention of possible overloads or operating anomalies.
